1. He is not officially licensed, meaning he may not know exactly what should be done.

AND, if that guy is not insured, your insurance will have to cover the damage and YOU will end up suffering when your insurance rates go up. Not to mention the danger he’s putting your family in, the damage you risk to your home and all your belongings. The bottom line here is: Get it done RIGHT!
